Ratings by Tourism Authorities
4 Stars from AAA Tourism Australia
This means:

An Assessor visits our property every 12 - 18 months and physically LOOKS at our accommodation for about 45 minutes, and independently rates our accommodation between one to five STARS based on the facilities and amenities in bedroom, bathroom and communal areas, together with the level of maintenance, cleanliness and appearance of the property.
We consistently receive a high rating of 4 stars for properties that allow you to cater for yourself (cooking, etc).
This rating is totally independent of us - the Australian STAR Rating Scheme is operated by AAA Tourism, on behalf of Australia’s Auto Clubs (NRMA, RACV, RACQ, RAA, RAC, RACT and AANT) since then 1950s.
Scheme Entry Criteria To be accepted into and to remain in the Australian STAR Rating Scheme, a property must comply with each of the following criteria:

- The property must be presented in a clean and acceptably maintained fashion for all guests at all times
- The property is required to publicly display the correct STAR Rating affixed to the property in a clear, visible position. At a minimum this must be the official decal or certificate with the relevant Automobile Club brand

- The Operator agrees that AAA Tourism reserves the right to request at any time an Assessment of the property with the relevant Scheme Category Standards (subject to reasonable prior notification).
